Can you believe we’re almost halfway through my 12 Days of Christmas Reads giveaways? I hope you’re enjoying these posts as much as I am! If you’ve missed one (or more), don’t worry. There are links at the bottom of this post, but for now, I’m going to introduce you to a relatively new author, Lucette Nel!
Book covers in this post are affiliate links with Amazon. Click here for full disclosure.
~ Christmas with Lucette Nel ~
Favourite Christmas carol – Silent Night.
My kids love that one too!
Favourite Christmas food – ALL OF IT! LOL. Christmas Fruit cake!
Lol! I sense a food coma coming on!
My ideal Christmas Day weather – Rainy weather! Christmas falls in summer this side of the world and I’m not a summer person.
Southern Hemispherians unite!
Strangest/most boring/worst present you’ve ever received – Once at work I received a round stainless steel dish with several smaller round stainless steel dishes. I still don’t know what it’s for.
Lol! Maybe a reader can help you out…
If I was one of Santa’s elves, I would probably get the job of . . . Dress the Barbie dolls! I still have mine from my childhood.
Ugh! You can have that job. Trying to get those clothes on over the rubber legs… Unless you had plastic ones?

~ About the Book ~
As Christmas approaches, widowed Reverend Caleb Brennan needs a wife, or his vengeful father-in-law will take his young daughters. When his mail-order bride jilts him, Caleb grows desperate. During a storm, he finds an unconscious boy outside his home with signs of foul play. Despite his previous misfortune, obligation compels Caleb to lug the stranger inside. But as he provides first aid, he discovers more than he expected.Bounty hunter Grace Blackwell refuses to owe a debt to any man, especially one as charming as Reverend Brennan. To repay him for saving her life, Grace agrees to pose as his mail-order bride. If their ploy is discovered, Caleb could lose his daughters. But in their pretense, the reverend and the bounty hunter might just both lose their hearts.
