Word Nerd Wednesday – Absquatulate

Happy Wednesday, Word Nerds! What I want to know is, can you wrap your mouth around today’s word?

That’s right, ab-SQUAT-u-late. I saw this word in a post a friend had shared on Facebook this week, so maybe you have too, but I thought it would be a fun word with which to play a game of What Do You Think It Means?

Hit me with your most creative definitions—even if you know the real one—and I’ll be back next week to reveal the truth! 🙂

  3. This is a new one to me! I think it means to consider or weigh your options. Have you every played Balderdash? It’s a fun “word” game!
